Nobles are the highest ranking of citizens on the continent. Their status sitting only under the president. A few posses a few subtle powers but they're nothing to marvel at. A few who hold position or relation close to the president posses powers that could quite easily conquer a lone Wielder. These nobles are utilized by the government and sent to the outskirts and trible areas to gather Wielders.
