The President is the one in control of the whole continent. He's a man who longs to posses the power of the Wielders and will do anything to obtain it. Though he cannot have the power himself, he can control the Wielders he captures. It's a rare occasion when he leaves the capital but there have been reports of him accompanying the nobles to tribal territories.
