A group of highly skilled renegades escaped from the capital has been assembled by the presidents ex-assistant. Most have mastered dark magic and refuse to fallow the laws and rules of the capital or any Wingblade tribe. They cause a fair amount of mischief, including sabotaging Tribe/Noble life, even on occasion they'd sneak in to disrupt the presidents work affairs.
There is only two ways to get into Errant. You track a member down and ask to be recruited with the chance of rejection; or you get yourself noticed and they come to recruit you. This usually means they are not to be refused, or force will be used and you may lose your life if your'e not careful.
Their day to day life consists of regular missions assigned to each member. Most of these missions are simple things like, steal food from the Capitol, or watch for potential recruits. The upper-class members are involved in attacks on the Capitol and Tribes, and occasionally the mundane missions of those lower rank than them.
Each member MUST have at least one weapon, and must be familiar with the Dark Arts. They cannot be under the age of 13, or over the age of 20. There are only 15 members, no more.
Errant is governed by their own set of laws that every member must follow, or risk being either expelled from the group, or killed.

2. All members are forbidden to associate themselves with Nobles and Tribe members
3. Any betrayal will be met with cruel punishment.
4. Dark Magic is not to be abused.
5. Each command given is mandatory.
